Hi, I’m Kasie

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with young and middle-aged adults, as well as couples, navigating some of life’s most challenging moments—grief and loss, trauma, relationship and communication struggles, social anxiety, self-esteem concerns, gender identity exploration, life transitions, and executive dysfunction.

My Approach

I believe therapy works best when it’s real. I’m not here to play the “perfect therapist” role—I show up as a genuine, relatable human being so you can feel safe being yourself, too. In our work together, you can expect a space that is:

Non-judgmental

Where all parts of you are welcome

Collaborative

Work as a team to reach your goals

Authentic

No “expert on a pedestal” energy

Focused

I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, strengths-based and positive psychology, mindfulness, CBT, solution-focused strategies, and behavioral activation—tailoring our sessions to fit your unique needs.

Structured plan to track your growth

What to Expect in Our First Sessions

  • Explore what brings you to therapy

  • Review your past and present experiences

  • Identify your current stressors and priorities.

  • Create a collaborative, measurable treatment plan that will guide our work

Why I Love This Work

For me, therapy is about more than strategies and skills—it’s about connection.

I’m passionate about witnessing transformation, celebrating growth, and walking alongside people as they move toward the life they want. Real therapy isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being human. And I’d be honored to join you on that journey.
